Its installation is designed for outdoor use with a robust and comprehensive cover to ensure protection, including a platform and stairs for easy access to all equipment. The furnace operates on a motorized carriage, allowing easy loading and unloading with overhead cranes. Extensive testing has shown exceptional thermal uniformity within +/- 5°C, in spite of its impressive size. The zoning capability enables efficient treatment of smaller pieces without compromising thermal uniformity.
We take automation to the next level: our advanced temperature control system reduces manual intervention and, together with the equipped supervision system, it seamlessly integrates with the client’s management software for remote control and data exchange.
